Somatic Yoga at Sage + Sound

Slow down, tune in, and reconnect through intentional movement, breath, and nervous system support.

These small-group somatic yoga classes take place inside the salt cave at Sage + Sound — a quiet, calming space designed to support relaxation, breath, and nervous system balance.

The salt cave creates an environment that naturally encourages deeper breathing, presence, and grounding, making it a beautiful complement to slow, intentional yoga and somatic practices. As you move and rest, the space itself helps signal safety to the body, allowing you to soften without forcing or pushing.

Each class blends gentle yoga, somatic awareness, and breath-based practices to help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels supportive, accessible, and intuitive. This is not about achieving a perfect pose — it’s about listening, responding, and creating space for your body to unwind.

Classes are intentionally capped at 8 people to preserve the intimate, regulated nature of the experience.

Whether you’re seeking a moment of calm, a way to reconnect with your body, or a weekly ritual of grounding and care, you’re welcome here exactly as you are.

MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Hi, I’m Sami!

I’m a 500-hour yoga instructor with a focus on somatic practices and nervous system support. My approach blends mindful yoga, gentle somatic awareness, and breath-based practices to help people reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels grounded, accessible, and human.

I don’t believe in forcing the body into shapes or pushing past signals. Instead, I guide movement that invites curiosity, self-trust, and regulation — honoring where you are on any given day.

These classes are designed to feel supportive, not performative. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after a break, my intention is to create a space where you can slow down, feel held, and move in a way that actually feels good.

I’m so glad you’re here.

No experience is required. Classes are beginner-friendly and accessible, with options offered throughout. You’re encouraged to move in a way that feels supportive for your body.

A yoga mat and anything that helps you feel comfortable, such as layers or a water bottle. The space is kept clean and calm — socks are welcome.

The salt cave is a serene, softly lit space designed to support relaxation and mindful breathing. Practicing yoga and somatic movement in this environment can enhance grounding and presence.

How many people are in each class?

What if I need to cancel?

Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to allow space for others. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Is this class right for me if I feel tense, stressed, or disconnected from my body?

Yes. These classes are designed specifically for those moments. You don’t need to feel calm before coming — the practice meets you where you are.
